Registration

Delegate information

Exhibition booth

  • 3mW x 1.5mD x 2.5mH white panels
  • spotlights and power outlet
  • company name sign
  • trestle table (1.8mW x 0.75mD x 0.7m H), black tablecloth and chairs
  • the committee will coordinate a competition to encourage delegates to visit the stands
  • all catering will be held in the exhibition area (pre session tea and coffee, morning and afternoon tea, lunches, Thursday and Friday evenings’ functions) to encourage delegates to spend time viewing exhibits and interacting with your sales staff
  • any exhibitor competition prizes can be announced at lunch time on Saturday
  • due to limited venue capacity and high demand we will be limiting booth sales to one per company
  • space is not confirmed until payment is received
